Services for foreign customers

Movet is an animal diagnostic laboratory providing quality diagnostics for veterinarians, cat and dog breeders, as well as private pet owners. Vast product range consists of in-house analyses as well as tests performed by collaborating laboratories globally.

Ordering the tests

• Customers can order tests online on lab.movet.fi
• You can also fill submission on paper and send it with samples to Movet. PDF submission form here.
• All prices include VAT. Handling fee 5 € per order is added.

Mailing the samples

• Samples sent from abroad are paid by sender.
• Samples can be sent from Finland in black-yellow striped cartons provided by Movet free of charge (postage paid).
• (Blood) samples must be clearly labeled with the appropriate information (animal name, microchip number/registration number, and, if available, the Movet submission number).
• Place the labeled samples in a plastic bag with absorbent material (e.g., tissue paper). Then pack the bag in a bubble-wrapped envelope or a sturdy cardboard box for shipping.
• Following text must be written on top of the box or envelope: EXEMPT ANIMAL SPECIMEN.

Methods of payment

• Invoice will be sent to the payer after the samples have been analyzed.
• Postage is to be paid at the postal office when sending the samples.
• All prices include VAT. Handling fee 5 € per order is added.

Order Terms & Conditions

Movet provides services in animal diagnostics. Movet warrants its test results to be accurate for the sample obtained from the mentioned animal alone and identified by the information given by the client. In the event of a valid claim, owner’s sole remedy is a refund of the fee paid. In no event shall Movet be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind. Any claim must be asserted within a year of the report of the test results. The client agrees to these conditions when ordering the test.
